By the end of 2022, we had nearly 12,000 full-time employees working purposefully to maintain our unique culture of scientific curiosity, camaraderie and doing the right thing. Despite high turnover in the biopharma industry and beyond, we maintained a 91 percent retention rate. With nearly 1,400 employees with an advanced degree of Ph.D. or M.D., we continue to invest in building a strong team with deep subject matter expertise and a commitment to collaboration and innovation.

We were proud to once again be ranked among the top employers by Science magazine, to be named a best place to work by BioSpace and Glassdoor, and to be included among Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity.
